Some advertisements are a piece of art. Famous trademarks increase, day by day, their own good will. Trademarks right holders fight for keeping up their distinctive signs in the market and not only for distinguishing product and services but also for sending emotional messengers. Neither BMW sells car nor does Coca-cola sell a drink. BMW sells pleasure, the pleasure of driving and Coca-Cola is synonymous of good moments. When you here Coca-Cola, trademark right holders want you think in your happiest life moments. Why, because Coca-Cola is a “Coca-Cola and a Smile” “Coca-Cola for everyone”, etc. This is the last advertisement for Latin American Market. A clear example how feelings are used for creating –or developing- a trademark good will. Anyway, it’s great. Ahhh…the song is “Whatever” by Oasis.
